I started to play ea fc 25's 10 hours trial version before it comes to ea play, after played approximately 5 hours EA send me an e-mail that says my account get banned because of cheating, i surprised cuz there is literally nothing about cheating; no softwares, no bug abuse, no transfermarket activities, LITERALLY nothing about cheating. I opened case to support about this situation and i dont know when they'll reply, is there anything else that i can do?
EA_Barry this is a massive problem for early trial players. You get banned without any information about the reason, referring to the standard procedure because of your mistake is not fair. I myself am waiting for an answer in a case in which I do not know how I would be at fault (the only fault, is that I was tempted to play the 10 hours demo). I hope 4 some update and mass ban removal.
This just happened to me while the servers were down and i never hacked a day in my life and got banned for no reason i have over 2k hours on this game anyone can help?
