Wrongful Transfer Ban

I have never bought or sell any coins through the third party apps and now I'm facing a transfer ban on the server. Ticket seen as declined. Is this the proper way to act on me who paid 200 dollars for fc 24 and fc 25? No wonder why ea stock plummeted recently.

I have had exactly the same thing and still no resolve. (See recent thread). Seems EA just like to ban people for no reason and accuse them of trading coins. When we spend so much on a game this is absolutely shocking.

I have had exactly the same happen to me and never traded coins. (See recent thread) Seems EA are banning people for no reason which is completely unacceptable when we spend so much on a game.

My ban has now been overturned with no explanation other than after further investigation we have removed the ban. Only took 3 weeks but glad it’s been lifted. There is hope!
