Xbox FC25 stuck on UT loading screen

I brought the pre order of FC25 on my main account and was able to play for 3 day until it started to get stuck on the UT loading screen... this went on for a week before I gave up and created a new account. 

I've been playing the new account for around 3 weeks and now the same thing is happening again. So both accounts won't get past UT loading screen. 

Deleted game and reinstalled, power cycled Xbox one, changed DNS, clear cache, cleared saved data, deleted profile and nothing works.

Xbox support can't help and EA I can't contact. 

Need help ASAP
