Xbox series x - No controller vibration in manager career mode

This has been a bug for multiple FIFA games and it has nothing to do with he controller or Xbox settings. 

There's no vibration feedback for manager career mode, playing any other game mode the vibration works. There's also no setting under gameplay for switching the vibration feedback on / off on like there seems to be on other platforms. In my opinion this is a pretty big bug and it stops me from playing
