Xbox Series X Game Crash

I was given an Xbox access code for the game which gave me both the Xbox Series X & Xbox One versions of the game. The Xbox One version works fine but the Series X version crashes after a few minutes.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting my xbox etc but I only ever have this issue with the Series X version of the game and no other games on my console.

What do you suggest I do?
