Tactics not saving + crash CE-34878-0 – FC 25 PS4

Hello,

I'm experiencing a critical bug on EA SPORTS FC 25 – PlayStation 4.

Every time I try to create or save a custom tactic from the main menu (outside of Career Mode or FUT), the tactic appears to save, but it resets to default once I close and relaunch the game.

Additionally, when I select “New Tactic”, the game sometimes crashes instantly with the error code: CE-34878-0.

What I’ve already tried:
- Reinstalled the game
- Deleted and restored saved data selectively
- Tried with and without internet connection
- Tried different teams and tactic slots
- Booted with controller plugged in

None of these steps fixed the issue. The problem only occurs in the main menu team sheets, not in FUT or Career.

Can you please confirm if this is under active investigation for PS4 as well? Any ETA for a patch? Is there a workaround that works reliably?
