I have the same issue, I tried restarting ut, the game and even reinstalling the game and it didn't work. I play the free showcase version on pc tho so idk if thats why

yeah i am on free showcase version as well , in previous passes it worked fine but now its not letting me buy :(

I only started playing in la liga tots so I only just got to 500k cos as a showcase player I ofc don't want to spend money on this game. I tried buying last seasons pass about a week ago cos I was max level and tried every day until it expired and have tried in the past 2 days for the new season too and keep getting this same message every time and a different error message on web app. This is so confusing and there is no info, fix or even acknowledgement from ea and u guys here seem to be the only people on the Internet with this same problem. I really hope someone can find a fix or ea can sort it out at their end. Can u pls lmk if u find anything out ty.

yeah , i had a chat with one of the employees and they said they have forwarded this issue as a ''bug'' to the team no idea if it will ever be fixed because we are the only 3 or 4 people thats having this issue

How long ago was that and do u know how u can chat to an employee cos I looked earlier but couldn't find out how?

it was yesteday , yeah u need to select ''hacked account'' to live chat otherwise it doesnot let you do that for specific game

i am using showcase since they alowed us to play UT, i buy before season pass premium, aint get any issue with that but now i do.

just talked again and they said ''Thanks for letting us know! We’re aware that many players are having this issue, and our team is already looking into it. We don’t have a fix just yet, but we’ll update you as soon as we do. Thanks for your patience-we’re working on it!'' :/ so lets hope they fix it as soon as possible
