Bug With opening Packs

since 3 Hours I opened a rare mega pack from rivals rewards and inside the pack I got a 1 player pack and when i open that pack I get the message ‘there was a problem connecting to football ultimate team

 my gamer tag is Neonew100

can you please fix this issue for me.
