Can’t claim a pack

I opened my division rival rewards today and within the rare mega pack there was a 1 player pack that I cannot claim, now I am unable to open any packs on ultimate team and the companion app. When I try to claim in the store it kicks me out of the store, when I try claiming it on the companion app I get instantly logged out of my account please fix this bug.
