Can’t claim my pack

Question

So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens.

now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item

Wow! I cant figure out why someone would do it, but u just did copy the text from someone else. 1:1&nbsp;Can’t claim totw pack | EA Forums - 11952324&nbsp;But why? its shameless
