Cant claim gold pack

Hi! I got yesterday gold pack what i cant claim.. I have done everything what I can do. How we can solve this problem?? There is few photos

    Since yesterday 14:00 not working i contacted ea only intell i have from ea is that another team was working on it but could not give me some time indication
