I can’t open My packs
Good evening, I have an issue with my ea account, because I recently opened a pack where I received a loan pack which you have to redeem. Every time I try to redeem it, it comes up with a message saying that there was an issue connecting to the ea servers. I have tried turning the console on and off, but it still doesn’t work, I tried redeeming it on the companion app but still doesn’t work. I have packs in the store that I would like to open so I hope ea could fix this issue in the nearest future. I play ps 5
Can’t Open My Player Pack – Stuck in Store
Hey everyone, I received a player pack, but FIFA won’t let me open it. I’ve tried both on my phone and PlayStation, but nothing works. Because of this, I also can’t access the store or open any other packs. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do to fix it?
Error in the EA FC 25 store
Hello! In the EA FC 25 PS5 game, the item “Unlock 1 Loan Pack” appeared in the store on 03/05/2025 7:00PM London. You click on it and it gives the error “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team. Please try again later.” I click ok, it throws me to the beginning, I go back to the store and everything repeats. I have already logged in 50 times in 2 days, a constant error. Bonjour, Hier j’ai ouvert un pack avec 1500PS et un pack choix TOTW, quand je veux récupérer mon pack le jeu m’affiche une erreur et me fais quitter la boutique. J’ai essayer de le récupérer sur l’appli web pareil sauf que ça me déconnecte complètement de l’application et depuis je peux ouvrir aucun pack vu qu’il me reste un item non récupérer Voici les infos nécessaire console: PS5 gamertag : JR_Vinz nom du pack: pack de saison pack a récupérer: révélation TOTW Date d’achat: hier vers 14h acheter sur console
