I can’t claim a free pack from the store, so i can’t claim the other pack

You can try restarting your game and checking if the pack appears after that. If it still doesn’t work, make sure your game and system software are up to date. Sometimes, these issues can be server-related, so waiting a bit and trying again later might help. If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to EA support for further assistance
