Can't open packs. Glitched Pack.

Seeing everyone has have the same problem. I got a free gold pack within my rival rewards. Everytime I open it, I get kicked out of UT and cant proceed.

Happens in game, mobile and the web app.

• Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: 1 Player Pack
• Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? It was from Rival rewards, opened on the console.
