Can't open any pack anymore!

Question

It started with a free gold pack out of a regular pack. It occurs every time and it kicks me out of the game. It seems a technical issue problem. Would you please fix this for me. The bug is very harsh and completes ruin the game for now! Cant do any sbc for now. Fix this EA!!

Same for me on Xbox. Tried to open it on mobile and pc and I get logged out every time. Can‘t open any pack with that issue
