Error in the EA FC 25 store, Pack

Question

Hello!In the EA FC 25 PS5 game, the item “Unlock 1 Loan Pack” appeared in the store on 03/05/2025 7:00PM London. You click on it and it gives the error “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team. Please try again later.” I click ok, it throws me to the beginning, I go back to the store and everything repeats. I have already logged in 50 times in 2 days, a constant error. Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here:&nbsp;Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
