I can't reclaim/assign a pack.

I can't reclaim/redeem/assign a pack that I own, which doesn't allow me to open any other items, since I have an unassigned one. It's across all platforms that I use - PS5 and Android app. Every time I try to do so it's logging me out of the app or on console I receive a message that services are temporary unavailable.

Please help!
