Loan pack can't claim or open

I got a pack the other day and inside was a loan pack that I got but when I went too claim it says error with servers so I tried on companion app and the app closes after an error. 

Tried so many times too claim the loan pack on ps5 and keeps saying server error and app won't allow me too claim it too now i have lots of unopened packs I can't open 

What's wrong with this stupid game and servers
