Opening packs
Hello! I have a loan pack in the store and when I try to open it I am expelled and a notification appears saying that I have lost the connection, could you resolve the situation?

Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
