Packages problem with service connection

I got a free loan pack from another pack but every time i go to redeem it a message says i have lost connection to ultimate team servers and the pack isn't redeemed I've tried everything both on console and companion  and still it wont redeem please help i just want to open my pack. i am playing on ps4
