Redeem loan pack issue
I got a loan pack and for the last two days its keep showing error when I’m trying to redeem it. Im not able to redeem it or even open other packs since its is showing that its unassigned item. I tried to process it from app, wapitis and console .I dont need it any more i wont to open my packs during this event 🤦🏻♂️
Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
