Unable to open packs
Hello, so basically there is an item stuck on my store and I can’t open that one pack neither all the other packs I have won through out the day. Could I please get some assistance here?

Since the beginning of the season, the game has been full of bugs and it's getting worse. The support is bad. People are frustrated and they don't bother answering. They only know how to take money. Fc25 This is the last season for me.
