I can’t open My packs
Good evening, I have an issue with my ea account, because I recently opened a pack where I received a loan pack which you have to redeem. Every time I try to redeem it, it comes up with a message saying that there was an issue connecting to the ea servers. I have tried turning the console on and off, but it still doesn’t work, I tried redeeming it on the companion app but still doesn’t work. I have packs in the store that I would like to open so I hope ea could fix this issue in the nearest future. I play ps 5
Leih Pack abrufen funktioniert nicht
Habe ein Leih pack aus einem Pack bekommen und jedes Mal wenn ich es einlösen will kommt das ein Problem bei der Verbindung zu den es Servern aufgetreten ist. Habe Eis schon auf der Companion App und auf der Web App probiert. Überall das selbe Problem und das seit 2 Tagen
