Inaccessibility of Core Features (Transfer Market) on Nintendo Switch 2 Platform

Im playing the Gauntlet mode. After every game I get thrown out to the main menu getting the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu" or "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." I can log straight back into Ultimate Team and the match doesnt count in the Gauntlet, Evolutions, or Objectives, but i get a match played on each player. The issue happens regardless of winning, opponent leaving, losing, or me leaving. Problems still happens after hours off the game. Very infuriating126Views1like7CommentsSorry. This is the second time I have encountered this problem. The first time was a few months ago and was resolved after an update. I am unable to connect to the EA servers for seasons or co-op seasons, and if I try Online Friendlies, the game completely crashes and allows me to report the crash. I have restarted the modem, router, PS5, and connected to different networks. I have also started the PS5 in safe mode and cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, and also deleted the profiles in the FC26 settings, and nothing. But obviously I have done all this in vain because this issue was fixed after FC released an update the first time it happened, I just did all this to ensure it wasn’t something on my end. I was playing the gauntlet mode. I went into a game, it worked fine. I played a game or two of fut champs. Then when i went into the second game in gauntlet it let me use the same team again. So i did. Then for the 3rd game it made me use a different team. Upon completing the game i got kicked off the servers. I went back in thinking it was just a bug, and upon completing another game I got kicked from the servers again. In between these games of gauntlet i played a couple games of fut champs, and it allowed me to complete the game and recorded it I then went into gauntlet one more time, and "dash boarded" the game and couldn't load back into ultimate team. Hence getting the error message below. Has anyone else had this issue? I've been playing Madden football since 1988. I have spent money buying madden and spending real money at the MUT store thus making you money. I’ve recently been banned from the auctions house on MUT and now MUT completely because I have apparently violated the ToS. The problem is the system wont tell me what I have done exactly. They list a bunch of stuff which I have not done (other than buy cards low and sell them higher at the auction house). There are major streamers on Twitch that teach and do the same thing yet they do not get banned. I LOVE Madden football. This is my ONLY violation I have ever had on ANY game (they wont tell me exactly what I have done). Its possible I may have been hacked. To be banned 100% from MUT and the auctions house doesn't seem just or fair. I’m asking to give your company money again. I want to play MUT but have been banned 100% now. And they took all my coins which some of which were made through spending real money. If buying cards and selling them again is against Tos I understand now and have learned my lesson. I’m simply asking to be able to play Madden MUT again and have access to the auction house. You can't realistically play MUT competitively without access to the auction house. This is the only game that dose it. I’ll be playing co op or solo and the Xbox will shutdown without warning, for note Xbox series x is spotless inside & had thermal paste replaced & it’s still doing this. it’ll be random but mostly when in co op rivals or something and it’ll just shut down the Xbox completely I’ve tried everything to resolve this to no joy, again I say it’s only EA FC titles that do this…6Views0likes0Comments
