A few bugs I have noticed
The stats arent showing up properly when you play a friend. It only shows the stats for one team no matter what part of the stats menu you toggle to. If you start a cpu v cpu game you have 0 control. You can't pause, change camera angles, but most importantly you can't quit the game. You have to exit the application to stop the cpu vs cpu match. There were a few instances where the play art for defense didnt leave the field until the next play started. We did have some lag during this game so maybe that is what caused the visual glitch.Dynasty Mode - Conference Championship Settings Bug (Divisions)
When I add Divisions to a conference, the settings ask how I want to decide which 2 teams make the conference championship. One option is “Division Winners,” meaning the team with the best record in each division goes to the championship game. Option 2 is “Conference Record,” meaning the two teams with the best conference records go to the championship game, even if they’re from the same division. The “Conference Record” option just doesn’t work. The game still puts the best team from each Division in the championship game. This is a huge issue in an Online Dynasty where we have to use divisions to ensure all users in the conference play each other every season. This bug forces a CPU team into the conference championship every season.
Bug: Could not retrieve online information
After every Pro Clubs match in EA FC 25, I receive the error message “Could not retrieve online information”, making pro clubs unplayable without restarting. The bug is still there even after the latest update and extensive troubleshooting. -Reinstall the game. -Allowed FC25.exe and EA AntiCheat.exe through Windows Defender firewall. -Verified game file integrity. -Removed most friends from EA friends list. -Ran both executables as Administrator. -Changed game language settings temporarily. -Flushed DNS and reset Windows network settings. -Launched the game via Steam and EA App, including signing out and back in. -Switched crossplay on and off None of these methods above worked and what i found through netstat was that the UDP port 3659 remains open and bound to FC25.exe throughout gameplay and after matches. The FC25.exe process PID changes after matches, indicating the game’s connection/session resets internally. The game window does not crash or freeze after matches, but the connection becomes unusable and reconnect attempts fail until the game is restarted. So basically the problem is not caused by my firewall, network, or pc, but problems with EA's servers. A fix in an upcoming patch would be great.Online Dynasty Free Practice broken
I currently have a dynasty with 4 participants, but everyone's free practice shows Appalachian State as the team on the right hand side. This cannot be changed by any of us. One of the players is playing their dynasty as Appalachian State, and they are able to free practice, presumably because it is correctly defaulted to their user controlled team.FC 25 – Players Not Responding Online (Controller & Keyboard Broken)
I’m on PC and I can’t control my players properly in EA SPORTS FC 25 during any online match (like FUT Rivals or Online Friendlies). ❌ My players either don’t move at all, or they move when off the ball but completely stop responding once I gain possession. ❌ This happens with both my controller (wired Turtle Beach Xbox-style) and my keyboard. ✅ The controller works perfectly in every other game. ✅ Offline modes like Squad Battles work fine. What I’ve already tried (none of it helped): Created a brand new Windows user profile Reinstalled the game Fully removed and reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Disabled all overlays (Steam, Xbox Game Bar, Discord, etc.) Disabled OneDrive sync Tried different USB ports and another controller I’m really stuck and can’t play online at all.
