10 bucks gone and no refund because of bad controls

Subject: My Futties “Training Camp” Evolution Was Canceled by Mistake – Please Help

Dear EA Support,

I’m writing this message because something really upsetting happened in Ultimate Team. I accidentally opened the Futties “Training Camp” Evolution cancel menu, and when I pressed Back to leave it — not Confirm — the Evolution was suddenly canceled without warning.

I had already submitted my 92-rated Cole into it, and I spent €10 on the Evolution. Now the Evolution is gone, I got no refund, and to make things worse, my Cole card is stuck with a plain, ugly blue design instead of the special Evolution look I paid for. It feels like I lost both my money and my player for no reason.

I’m genuinely really sad and frustrated about this. I worked hard to earn that money, and now I feel like it’s just been taken from me with nothing in return. I didn’t mean to cancel anything — I just wanted to back out of the menu.

Please, is there anything you can do to help me? Whether it’s giving me the Evolution back, restoring the upgraded card, or offering some kind of compensation — I would be so grateful.
