1000 champions qualification points not been added to my account.

I got a notiification yesterday saying i have been given 1000 champions qualification points but they have not been added to my account. Can someone please tell me how to speak to someone to find out...

Same here. Got the notification but it says I have 0 points and redirects me to Rivals
