I have followed that procedure since May 16, 2025, and have exchanged multiple emails with EA representatives, but the issue remains unresolved. They keep saying that there is no ban on my account, even though I have provided a screenshot as proof of the email from EA stating that my Transfer Market access has been banned across all platforms.
Until now, I still cannot access the Transfer Market. Please... I need your help
