Accounted banned for "coin distribution", need to speak to EA Community Manager
Hi, my account was banned for coin distribution. I don't even know what that is. Can I speak to a community manager that can expedite my case? I have already filed a dispute but this is silly. I wasn't even given a warning/error that my account could potentially be hacked...
I've even seen issues with people who play this game on youtube and suddenly get coin wiped. All I was doing lately was flipping TOTS cards for profit.
Please help me. I've played FIFA for over 10 years and it's severely disappointing to be banned for no reason (that I was aware of). If this ban isn't lifted, EA will have lost a loyal costumer. Probably no one cares about that, but there's no way I'll make another account to play a game when I'll just get banned down the line.

Unforutnately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, then I can only recommend that you wait until they finish their investigation. You can always check the status of your case here. Just be careful not to continue it, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to get back to you.
