Another hacker - he leave and take the win , while losing

So another hacker [Removed - EA_Barry] , result is 3:0 for me around min 30 , he left and he forced me somehow to quit the UFT and i take the lose? Give me good reason to spend a single cent for you in the future?Why shoud i pay and waste my time??Is this for real?
