Bad Gameplay

Here is my dxdiag report. Hopefully this can shed some light. To all those saying it is just the game and EA will do nothing, you may be correct but as someone who suffers with this issue consistently (on pc, xbox and ps over the years) i am trying to get to the bottom of what the issue might actually be. The chances are i won't be you never know. It is frustrating for everyone involved but maybe someone has the answer. 

As i have already said we can all say it's just the game but if that was the case then every single account would have it all the time. I played 15 champs game this week and all 15 of my opponents had great responsive gameplay and i didn't. Ive played numerous rivals matches this week in div 2 and every opponent ran faster. Therefore there is something in my setup or how i connect to the EA servers that is causing this issue and i would like to find out what it is. Lots of people clearly have responsive gameplay all the time whilst others don't so it's trying to find out what these players have in common in their setup that allows them to achieve this.
