Banned for buying a card under market.

Hi, I bought Butragenho last night , won him with a bid for 2 mil. Normally the market price is around 2.1 mil, but because I am on PC and the supply isn’t to big and not a lot of people have 2 milion coins to spend at this point into the game, I was lucky and got him for 100k less than he costs, I got banned no answer back from EA I find it ridiculous for getting banned for just getting lucky and using the option to bid on players, I have also had this account for about 7-8 years and started playing fifa UT from FIFA 17 I believe spending thousands of dollars. This is very very frustrating, just the fact I even have to wait for an answer for about 10 days when I have done nothing wrong and just wanna play the game that I spend my hard earnt money on. Please very much someone help. I know I should go touch grass but I am an pro athlete and I already have spent over 2K on FC25 only and now I am banned …
