Banned for Trading
Hi,
On the 22nd of October at around 8pm I logged into the Web App to find that I had been banned.
Upon checking my email, I had been banned for "coin distribution".
Through my method of trading I had managed to get up to around 13 million coins. (Also packed Hazard which helped).
(Playing on PC so coins are easier to make)
I submit my case to EA help, only to receive an automated response back, confirming my ban.
I go onto EA's Live chat which was impossible to find, only for them to point me back to the same place which I had appealed my ban. So I submit another case, same thing happens this morning. Another automated email confirming my ban.
I have spent hundreds of pounds and hours on both the game and the web app. Only for my to be banned.
The last thing I bought on my account (21st of October) which I think may have resulted in my ban was UCL Road to the Knockouts Virgil Van Dijk for 5 million coins. (Again on PC so high tier cards prices are highly inflated)
I then tried to relist this VVD for 5.99 million overnight which didn't sell. I woke up in the morning, listed him a few more times for 1 hour taking the price down each time and he eventually sold for 5.94 million on the morning of the 22nd.
What can I do? The transfer market is something that is in the game and can be used to make coins. If I create another account and do the same thing am I to just be banned again? What happens to the time and money spent on this account?
