Banned from FC 25 companion app transfer market message.

I’ve tried got nowhere, repeatedly opened new cases to get answers but get nonsense template reply’s. Was hoping someone on here had similar issues. 

What if I was banned from the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC™ 24? Transfer Market bans won’t roll over from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25, but you’ll need to earn access to the Market when playing EAS FC for the first time. It states here the ban shouldn’t roll over that’s why I want to know why it flashes up I’m banned occasionally on the app.

I am having the same issue with the fc 25 companion app never been banned on any previous fc or fifa game and checked my ea ban log and nothing there maybe this is a bug but can't get any info myself on this it is ridiculous we pay this money to a company we should be able to get some sort of response 

Glad I am not the only one, it could be as it comes and goes, although nearly on a week of playing games to unlock the transfer window still nothing. Yeah I’m fed up of getting the same ridiculous responses with no explanation. It’s EA I expect nothing less they couldn’t care less as long as they get our money.

I have the same thing, checked my ban status, nothing. it says you need to earn it by "active days of playing". well ive definitely played the two days required and even the 4 days, so wtf is going on.

It’s a joke but will update if I ever unlock it to tomorrow will be 7 days of trying

Yes, same with me... Only played one day and not even online as I was in a rush. Next day, ready to play, got banned. It's been 5 days now and not a single reply etc 

I have the same problem. I can use the market in game but it says that I'm banned in the "FC companion"-app. I have no suspension or ban history on my account and I have used this account for 10+ years. It says that i should've got a email sent to me, but no email to be seen. 

The only difference this game is that I bought the PC-version. Still the same EA-account, just another platform. I played NHL as far back I can remember, even played competitve on national TV and played FC/FIFA casually most the last 10-15 years. No ban, no suspension, NOTHING. (Well.. Actually my gamertag got banned to use as player name in NHL as offensive language for completely no legitimate reason 😂).

It's clearly something that's wrong here. A bug or something.  Steam had something simular a couple of years ago where even steams CEO got his account banned 😅

Now my messages in the app says that I don't meet the requirements to unlock the market. Well, I guess it's legit. 3-4 years usage of web app/companion isn't that trustworthy 🤷
