Become Immortal rivals

So I had to win 2 more games and play 5 . 
I done that and then went and checked my objectives it hasn’t moved . All of my opponents quit when the GD was plus 2 . Are you telling me I’m penalised for winning ?? And the only way to do this in 21 hours is if I lose 5 and stay the end in purpose and then hope I get two wins in the 90th min once 0-0 so they can’t quit ? 
I need a solution EA . I just wasted a hour and a half of my life
