Blocking Controller cheat on pc

Yesterday, I experienced an issue in Rivals and the FC Cup. The opponent kept blocking my controller, and when he did that, the game would freeze for 2 seconds, and the ping would spike to 100–140. When he activated the cheat program, I couldn’t control my players, or they would move to the other side of the pitch on their own, running out of bounds. He would take the ball with his players and score a goal. After that, he would turn off the cheat program, the game would freeze for 2 seconds again, and I’d regain control of my players.

Whenever I scored a goal, he would do the same thing again. It was frustrating. In Rivals, when the opponent activated the cheat, the game would freeze for 2 seconds, and my players wouldn’t move until the end of the match
