Can’t open packs

I can’t open packs on fifa ultimate team on my console or on the app. 

I’ve closed it multiple times and restarted my console. 

I have a pack that has not been opened yet and I must process the pack before I can move forward, but every time I try to process the pack I get an error message. 

l’ve attached the message I get via the app, on console the message is somewhat different saying that there is an error with my connection to ultimate team. This has been happening for hours and has ruined my experience today.
