Can’t use Controller in Division Rivals and Pvp matches

I am Not able to use controller in division rivals or any other PvP modes at all , it is working complete fine in all other modes and against AI but it’s not moving or working at all in Division rivals nd PVP matches , I am Currently playing In PC and Through Steam , So please Help me out this is a big issue
