Can't buy items in transfer market. It says "there was an error communicating with the football ultimate team servers. please try again." It's been doing this for over 8 hours. I can play rivals games no problem or Online draft, but I can't buy any players. I was trading a lot of players at one point (all on my Xbox.) and then this error came up and hasn't gone away since. What is going on? When I checked potential bans or suspensions, nothing showed up. Please help.

This error can appear if a high amount of trades are done in a short period of time. If you still experiencing the issue after not using the transfer market for 24 hours, please let us know.

@brucestansburySame. I got market shadow ban for not being their earning machine - buying fifa points. Just played the game, made few bid to make some investments before black friday and they have me the ban for doing normal thing, for playing the game. What's a joke not gonna lie.

@EA_cuervoWho do I talk to if I’ve never been granted access to the transfer market on the app despite playing 3+ games regularly for about a month?

I’m sure I’m not the only one here who would like to know. How about you be a bro and offer some real help?
