Can't go in ultimate team

Its so funny to see a game that i bought with my own money that i saved up and cant even play worked fine 2days ago was playing and the yesterday just didnt let me go in ultimate team though it was my side went to bed woke up and still i cant go in ultimate team did everything to try to get in. Please help
