Cards not found
Not that I'm expecting a response from ea, or even the fact that they will sort it, but some of my cards are blacked out and it says "not found" at the top of the card. Makes it difficult to search ...

Hi, I have the same problem where the Fut birthday cards are displayed as not found. Also, playstyles on these cards are blank/white on the face card
I tried reinstalling, deleting corrupt files, verifying file integrity on steam but no luck. Any help would be appreciated because this is really frustrating

Have you deleted the save data? It started getting better once I deleted the game data. It still took 2 or 3 times to do it, but ended up working.
1st time I did it, I got the grassroots cards back then team of the year and so on.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried deleting the player profile thrice with no luck. I also tried deleting

I did not delete Online Squad and Online Pro 1 & 2 because I read somewhere those should stay intact.
