Case #206900202

So i got hit by the ban wave without breaking any rules, account has been returned but one of my crucial evolution in progress has expired over the 48 hours while i was unable to access the account. Since this is a fault on EA / FC25's end, will all the affected users be receiving some sort of compensation or we gonna just pretend this never happened?
