Hello EA Support Team,

I encountered a frustrating issue while playing EA SPORTS FC 25 on PlayStation 5. During my Champions Finals match, I was winning with a score of 4-2 when suddenly the game crashed and forced me out.

After restarting the game, the match result was recorded as a 4-5 loss, which unfairly affected my record and ranking. This is very disappointing considering the effort and time spent on FUT Champions.

I submitted a crash report via my PS5 with the error code **CE-108255-1** and included both video and screenshots. Attached below is a screenshot showing my current record that reflects the incorrect result.

I kindly ask for this situation to be reviewed and for the loss to be removed or compensated in some way. I would appreciate your support to correct this unfair outcome.
