Changing Player Role in squad card Action 🔘

This is game capture image from fc24. It is a shortcut to change instruction once you click on it, it brings you in Player instruction in the squad formation. While they change it to Roles system in fc25, why they removed this option? I have to go 3 steps in tactics or more to change 1 player role, which is a waste of time. EA, Bring this option back as Player Role. 😳
