"Checking account status" - No available offers

Hi all

Hoping someone can help!

I have recently upgraded to the Ultimate Game pass on my Xbox, since doing this I can't access any only games on FC25. Message " checking account status" and then proceeds to give me no option to upgrade my game pass - this is frustrating because i have the ultimate pass. 

 

Can anybody help me??

    If you are running in to this issue with the error "Checking account status" and "No available offers" 'when accessing online game modes on Xbox, you can try the steps shared by NatanTavares​  I've translated those steps in English here:

    1. Go to the Services and subscriptions page of your Xbox account: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. Select Manage next to Subscription.
    3. Under recurring billing, if it is deactivated, activate it and then deactivate it. If it is activated, deactivate and activate it again, this step is fundamental as it will fix this bug.
    4. Turn your console off and on, then try again.

    I've tried logging in and out of my EA account, I've deleted the game and reinstalled it. I'm fuming! There's literally no way to speak to anyone about it too!

  • im having the exact same issue, as i cant play any online modes whatsoever. as soon as I enter it comes up with that message than sends me back to the menus again, EA need to fix this asap!
