I'm pre-ordering the game every year, getting ultimate (loyalty) edition yet I don't have Club Member Reward evolution. I'm not sure if there's any other benefit, but I should be qualified for this or those rewards for sure.
As of today, they gave out all the missing rewards finally. Just writing this to close the case, better late than never.

About the same here, seems like they gave rewards randomly and many players are missing out. I realized yesterday that Clubs also give rewards for Club Members and I didn't get them as well, basically we're not a Club Member despite the fact that we should've been for sure. I contacted live chat, they say they're working on it but no update yet. This forum usually solves nothing, but I hope more users complain and they hear us because it's a status and Club Member will get rewards throughout the whole year.
Obviously, I have the same problem, I am really uncomfortable with the EA employee saying ‘aa yes, we are aware of the problem. but there is nothing we can do at the moment’
I got some club member rewards but not all of them. I got kits, banners, but no evo.
They're shamelessly posting this yet no update on the situation, not even a note about those who still didn't get and acting like everything is working totally fine.
