CO-OP Disconnect first minute (BIG PROBLEM)

Co-op is heavily bugged right now. Between me and my friends half of us can’t even play co-op together because when certain people host it will kick us in the first minute.

We believe it is something involving the squad players or tactics we think as we have to remove our starting 11 and put them back in so we don’t get kicked the following game (this works 90% of the time) but then we have to take all the players out again the next game so it becomes extremely tedious doing it every 10/15 mins. 

Can we get some confirmation that this is being looked into as it’s making the game unplayable for lots of people.
