Connection Issues

I have EA Play through XBox Ultimate Pass and since December have not been able to connect to the EA Servers on FC25 Ultimate Team. It will connect me on FC24 but I continually get an error message on 25. 

I have followed all of the connection troubleshooting advice on the EA site but still no luck. My router is practically next to my console. 

Any ideas? I can see my EA and XBox accounts are linked and can see my team on the FC Companion.

Very frustrated.

    Hey there. I assume you're on a wireless connection? If so and if you're router is right next to your console, can you use a wire instead?
