Controller does not work on Rivals

I use an original ps4 controller and it works perfectly fine in every part of the game. I can play normal kick offs and UT squad battles work perfectly fine but whenever I enter a rivals game my controllers will not work anymore and my keyboard remains usable only during the game. When i pause the game i can then use the controller again but then resuming the game continues the same problem and the controller does not work.

Any solution to this issue?
