CONTROLLER NOT WORKING FOR PC ONLINE MODES

i honestly don’t get why this is STILL happening. whenever i try to play rivals, champions or clubs my players pass the ball from kick off and i can’t do anything. the red ping bar is constantly on my screen. before you say it, no it is not my internet, when i open fortnite or minecraft i get from 20-30 ping steady but when i open eafc its a different story. this game is so unplayable and frustrating. so annoying that theres no alternative to it. FIX YOUR **bleep** GAME
