Crowd Chants Tied To what...? Na na na hey hey hey goodbye chant?

Hoping someone can help me here.

Are the crowd's chants tied to the Crowd Chant card? Or are they a mix of Badge, Stadium, and Crowd Chants, Anthems, Goal Songs, etc?

I am looking for the chant where the crowd, at the end of the game, goes "na na na na na na na na hey hey hey goodbye" 

I know it is in the game as I just faced someone that had it. How do I get it?
