Did not receive champs rewards from playoffs

I am a 14 year old who struggles to qualify for champs finals but this week on the 22.6.25 I won my last match remaining 5:2 so I should qualify

Wrong EA said they could not receive a request from when I just finished and the win did not count for objectives I needed to do anyway for rewards and it didn’t go through and counted as a DNF on my part

EA please reward me with compensation such as finals entry is the minimum
